Atlas HR provides a human resources management platform specifically designed for Roblox groups. The Service includes features such as session management, activity tracking, staff management, and related HR tools.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

  • Authenticate using Discord OAuth2
  • Link a valid Roblox account
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 13 years of age

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy, including Discord and Roblox account information necessary to provide the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Atlas HR and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Atlas HR be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
